If you have ordered products from jaiofbeverlyhills.com, please inspect your products at the time they are delivered to you. If there is any damage or if the products do not reflect the order you placed, please contact me immediately.
If the order was filled correctly but you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within ten days of receipt. Your credit card will be refunded for the cost of the product less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded.
