9. This website has security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and/or alteration of information. It uses a secure server system that encrypts order information, and orders with payment information are not transmitted. In lieu of transmitting sensitive information, orders are accessed using a password-protected back office system. Once orders are retrieved securely they are deleted from the secure server and are then process manually using the same process I use for telephone and in-studio orders. At no time is payment information or any personal data transmitted by this website to a third party for verification or processing.
10. You agree that all information you provide will be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your purchases, and for associated shipping and handling charges.
