J’ai has honed her skills in some of the most fashion-conscious markets in the North America, starting with Toronto, where she was born and raised and began her career, then moving onto New York, Palm Beach, and Chicago. J’ai then moved to trend-setting Jose Eber Atilier in Beverly Hills, the salon of choice for Hollywood’s most celebrated stars. Soon after, J’ai launched her by-appointment-only studio, and has never looked back.
In addition to giving her clients the best in skin care and makeup in her Beverly Hills studio, J’ai has launched a new skin product line that reflects her signature philosophy based on the physiology of the skin. Her work has been seen and featured in numerous magazines including Allure, Elle Bazaar, Glamour, Instyle, Self, and Towne & Country.

J’ai’s Philosophy
of Skin Care
The secret to good health in mind, body and spirit is balance. It makes sense, then, that finding balance is equally important in the way you take care of your skin. This is the basis of J’ai’s skin care philosophy.
Here’s the concept in simple terms: Our bodies are made up of energy, and our energy levels affect how we feel. For example, have you ever said: “I’m feeling so low and listless,” or “Wow! I’m feeling great and full of energy today!” Usually, if you can find the cause of these shifts in energy, you can find a way to change or enhance them. The same is true with your skin.
 Your skin is like a barometer. It will tell you what changes it’s undergoing and what kind of help it needs. For example, aging skin is a sign that the body is slowing down and needs to be stimulated or heated up. On the other hand, skin with acne is too hot and needs to be cooled down. Scrubbing and using lots of water on the surface of the skin is very stimulating and is not recommended for acne, while gently massaging and moisturizing aging skin can do wonders.
Based on this simple principle, J’ai has used her years of knowledge and experience to find the most effective cutting edge skin care technology and the best ingredients available for her exclusive salon products. She has combined these elements to develop a new break-through skin care system designed to restore balance in the skin, and at the same time achieve and maintain younger, healthier looking skin.

 To achieve these goals I demand the finest skin care products, the richest palette of colors, and the most advanced tools and products. A great look starts with great skin, so my treatments and products are focused on making and keeping skin as healthy and clear as possible.
My signature facial is the cornerstone of my treatment. During a session in my studio, a client can be assured of a personalized treatment that takes into account their skin's current condition, their lifestyle, their environment, and their particular concerns and needs. Skin in our largest organ, and is highly responsive to changes in our health and environment, so treatments may--and often--vary from session to session.
I continue to devote considerable time searching for, testing, and gathering the finest skin care equipment and products from around the world. In addition to offering clients several excellent products from Kinerase, Darphin, Jurlique, La Roche Posay, NIA 24, Neocutis, Skin Medica, Glytone, and others, I have developed my signature product line that is available exclusively through my studio. Developing my own product line allowed me to fill in the gaps that I found in even the most prestigious product lines and enabled me to offer my clients the best options in every category of skin care.
